1.What are "Credits"？
• "Credits" are a virtual currency designed to meet the needs of users who want to access more EaseMate AI services. • "Credits" can be used to redeem access to specific features or value-added services within the EaseMate AI platform. • "Credits" can only be obtained and used by logged-in users within the EaseMate AI platform.
2.What's the pricing standard for purchasing "Credits"?
Standard Pricing： $1 USD = 100 Credits Discounted Pricing: We may occasionally launch promotional activities with purchase discounts. The discounted prices will be subject to the relevant product interface and the published activity rules. We may also update and optimize the Credits Policy of services, features and user benefits. The actual amount of Credits you receive will be based on the relevant promotion pages and payment pages.
3.What is the refund policy for credits?
Credits cannot be transferred or gifted between accounts and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
4. Validity of Credits
