Credits Policy

1.What are "Credits"？
• "Credits" are a virtual currency designed to meet the needs of users who want to access more EaseMate Al services. • "Credits" can be used to redeem access to specific features or value-added services within the EaseMate Al platform. • "Credits" can only be obtained and used by logged-in users within the EaseMate Al platform.
2.What's the pricing standard for purchasing "Credits"?
Standard Pricing： $1 USD = 100 Credits Discounted Pricing: We may occasionally launch promotional activities with purchase discounts. The discounted prices will be subject to the relevant product interface and the published activity rules. We may also update and optimize the Credits Policy of services, features and user benefits. The actual amount of Credits you receive will be based on the relevant promotion pages and payment pages.
3.What is the refund policy for credits?
Credits cannot be transferred or gifted between accounts and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
4. Validity of Credits
Individually purchased Credit packs are permanent and do not expire from the date of purchase. Credit packs obtained through monthly or annual subscriptions are valid for the duration of the corresponding subscription period: 30 days for monthly subscriptions and 365 days for annual subscriptions, starting from the date of purchase. Any unused Credits will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be restored or refunded.
5. Refund and Exchange Policy for Credits
All Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
